The Change Collective
The idea of The Change Collective is to join businesses together to pool their generous donations to make a larger impact in the Community. Through gathering donations collectively, we leverage smaller donations to drive community involvement and great impact. Through this process we can offer non-profits a place to request donations and apply for grants annually. Only together can we can we achieve change, we are better together!
Businesses pledge whatever amount donation they choose quarterly to The Change Collective. TCC will hold quarterly grant cycles for local nonprofits. During the grant cycle, donating businesses will be allowed to cast a vote on who receives funding. All businesses who join The Collective will receive acknowledgement through our Facebook page, website and our pre and post grant cycle advertising.
TCC is completely volunteer operated and all administrative costs are covered by funds outside of the businesses donations. This way 100% of all business pledges go directly to the nonprofit organizations.
The Change Collective is powered by Silver Lining Business Consulting and Moonshot at NACET. TCC is not a 501c3 and does not receive any funds directly. All funds are directly sent to the nonprofits awarded during the grant cycle.

Non-profit Grant Cycle
If you are a 501c3 nonprofit you can apply for funds through our quarterly grant cycle. The application is one page and includes: organization background, project description and cost, and commitment.
If you are awarded a grant you will be required to submit a one page final report and agree to help promote TCC throughout your funding year.
